In this workshop, you will gain hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Elements, a powerful, user-friendly video editing program for capturing, organizing, previewing, editing, and sharing digital video.

  • Importing media and inserting into timeline
  • Essential Editing tools
    • Trimming, splitting, arranging clips
    • Resizing or repositioning content in video window
  • Working with layers
    • Cut away
    •  Picture in Picture
    • Remove audio from video clip
  • Build a ”lower thirds” title bar using text and titles tools
    • Insert and edit text
    • Insert and edit shapes
    • Re-order objects and alter color and opacity
  • Export final video to mp4 file

Prerequisites: No prior experience with video editing is necessary.
